Mt. Elbert
Had a really good time on the mt. camping and climbing. Another accomplishment with good friends and a cool fire. It was perfect weather not to cold and hardly any snow. Even though all was good it is was a little tough with the heavy packs we lugged up. I have to give a shout out to Daves son Zach for making to the top and back. He didnt complain once and did same as everyone else. Something to be proud of

Mt Elbert
A big group of us successfully summited Mt Elbert last Sunday. On Saturday we climbed to 11,500 feet and camped the night and hiked the final 3,000 feet Sunday. We did not get into Omaha till Monday morning at 5:30am. Made for a long work day. The highlight of the trip for dinner at Quincy's in Leadville.

This Week's Workout
This week we did a team workout. While on person does push-ups, the other person runs across the parking lot and back, team members switch positions when the runner returns. The goal is maximum total push-ups in 20 minutes. Push-ups from the knees were allowed for women.
