This Week's Workout

This week we did a team workout. While on person does push-ups, the other person runs across the parking lot and back, team members switch positions when the runner returns. The goal is maximum total push-ups in 20 minutes. Push-ups from the knees were allowed for women.

Dave and Sue: 357 Push-ups
Dale and Phil: 323 Push-ups
Joe, Dena and Elisabeth: 318 Push-ups
Mary and Jena: 290 Push-ups
