The company work outs have proven to be quite popular.
Here is what we are doing at noon today.
On a continuous running clock we will
Run one 10 yard sprint, rest till be get to one minute
Run two ten yard sprints, rest till be get to two minutes
Run three ten yard sprints, rest till we get to three minutes
Run four ten yard sprints rest till we get to 4 minutes.
Run five etc etc.
The cut off will be when you can no longer get the number of sprint done in under a minute.
The sprints will be in a down and back fashion
