I cant seem to get 8 hrs in. I eat paleo 100% of the time, Zone is harder to do. I missed a few meals. All the water, fish oil and workouts are easy. I learned that if you are not measuring your food, you are eating to much meat and not enough good carbs

ReplyDeleteCan I just take a no score? Due to being out of town for work and not being able to cook for myself, I didn't do good at all. Last weeks was one of the longest weeks I have ever worked. Having to eat more than once a day is hard enough let along get enough sleep. Well my points are 4. I have a lot of work to do!
ReplyDeleteWeek one score = 134. I have been eating a very strict version of Paleo (whole 30) so that part has been easy, but I'm having a hard time getting the ratios right to qualify for zone. My sleep has been pretty good this week, but I only got 4 workouts in. Aiming to improve next week.
ReplyDeleteMy points are 85. Too hard to eat 'Zone' as I feel it is loosely interpreted and complicated. Also, I eat dairy which then gives me zero for that meal. If I would have just worked out 5 days this week I could have added 20 to my score. **SIGH** oh well new week to start again! Good job everyone and good luck.

ReplyDeleteWeek One: Well this week I got 84 points, not bad just need to improve and learn how to count the blocks for the zone diet. I am reading up on this, and I have some resources. I am also finding this a hard challenge to do, being a mother of three and taking the time that I need to just do it. Well here is to a better week. Going strong!!
