Company wide workout

Here is our first company wide workout

4 RFT (rounds for time)
20 OH Lunges
20 push ups
20 burpees

Here is a video on how to do a lunge, we will do it as body weight with simpy your arms overhead

Push ups can be scaled to push ups from your knees, against a chair or against the wall
