Everyone gets stressed out in different ways and for different reasons. When most people are stressed out it is because they are overwhelmed with the amount of stuff that they have to finish. For example a college student with a job can get stressed for many reasons; some of which include- not enough sleep, too little time for homework, no time for friends, or just all around busy. Little kids get stressed out when they cannot figure out how to tie their shoes or do NOT want to eat their vegetables. Here is a little video from Dave about stress.
